Early Childhood Education Overview

The Early Childhood Education (ECE) program has served the community of Baldwin Park since the 1940's. Since then, the program has expanded into several communities including the cities of Bell, Cudahy, Maywood, and surrounding areas. ECE's goal is to reach every child 0-4 years old in our communities, offering them the skills and knowledge to succeed in school and fulfill their dreams.
