Continuing a tradition that began in 1951, Margaret Heath Elementary students presented pennies – donations from their families and neighbors – to help fund a scholarship named in Heath’s honor.

Baldwin Park Unified students and families explore higher education options during the District’s 12th annual College Fair, which featured multiple institutions, including UCLA, UCR, UCSB, Cal Poly Pomona, Grand Canyon University, the Marines and Army.

Baldwin Park Unified partnered with Bike San Gabriel Valley (SGV) and the City of Baldwin Park to teach eighth-graders at Holland Middle and Jones Junior High schools about the importance of bike safety on Sept. 24-25 and Sept. 26-27.

Disney Channel and ABC Family stars delighted students on Aug. 20 at Baldwin Park Unified's Tracy Elementary with more than 700 backpacks filled with school supplies thanks to a partnership with the nonprofit Baby2Baby.

Baldwin Park Unified School District welcomed more than 13,000 students for the 2018-19 school year on Aug. 16, launching an expanded Dual Immersion program, increased science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) opportunities and new leadership at four schools.
