Baldwin Park High Celebrates Graduating Class of 2024

The Braves graduation ceremony was attended by over 1,000 people including family members, teachers, friends, and community members eager to honor the accomplishments of 352 graduates.

Gustavo Trujillo, Jr., a Gates Scholarship recipient, delivered the Senior Address, while valedictorian Jose L. Bustamante, who will be attending the University of California, Berkeley, gave the valedictorian speech. Principal Eric D. Lopez led the ceremony and shared words of encouragement for the students.

Baldwin Park Unified School District Board President Diana Miranda-Dzib officially accepted the graduating class. The Brave Corp Entertainment band and BPHS chorus provided musical accompaniment throughout the event.

“Today is your new beginning and tonight we celebrate your commencement. Once a Brave, Always a Brave,” Principal Lopez said.
