Baldwin Park Adult and Community Education (BPACE) has been recognized for excellence in adult education at the recent COE Conference. The institution received recognition for its exemplary performance during the Accreditation Evaluation Track Workshops, particularly in the areas of Team Member Training and The Preliminary Visit Training.
Led by Dr. Carol Puryear, the workshop highlighted BPACE's exceptional attributes, emphasizing its strong organization leadership, active occupational advisory committees, and support of the meeting process. BPACE was commended for its meticulous record-keeping, evidence organization, overall program quality, and the development of best practices.
This recognition follows BPACE's recent joint accreditation visit by COE and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) from March 25 to March 28. The visit marked a significant milestone for BPACE, yielding overwhelmingly positive feedback and affirming its commitment to educational excellence. Notably, BPACE received no flags for findings in areas requiring improvement, underscoring its dedication to maintaining high standards.
