Southern California Annual EL Civics Conference
On Friday, February 9, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., BPACE will host the Southern California Annual EL Civics Conference at the Performing Arts Center. The conference will include updates from the California Department of Education, the Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) Office and presentations focusing on Civic Participation and Citizenship Preparation. Approximately 200 adult educators from surrounding districts are expected to attend.
